Life raft inspection and recertification
Rafts and vests have to go back to the manufacturer on schedule. We collect your equipment, forward it to the OEM for inspection and recertification, and bring it back to the aircraft when it is done, with a loaner in the aircraft in the meantime if you need one.
What the service covers

Certification comes straight from the OEM, so there is nothing second-hand about the paperwork.
How it works
We collect it
From your hangar or FBO in South Florida, or by courier from anywhere in the United States. Send the serial number and due date and we schedule around your flying.
The OEM recertifies it
We forward the unit, track it through the shop and chase the paperwork. Turn time depends on the OEM's workload; we quote it up front.
It comes back to the aircraft
Delivered to the same ramp with the new certificate. If you rented a loaner, we swap them at the same visit.

Can I have a loaner while my equipment is away?
Yes, for rafts and vests. See the life raft rental range and the full equipment list. We size the loaner to your aircraft and deliver it when we collect yours.
How much notice do you need?
A week or two lets us book the OEM slot and line up a loaner. If a raft has gone out of date unexpectedly, call the ops line and we will do what we can the same day.
